• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Hot off the presses - we are proud to present two more posters to the Les Paul Forum:

Selections from the Mike Slubowski Collection
This is just a gorgeous presentation of 114 Gibsons from Mike Slub's collection. A matte background combined with a gloss varnish help to make this 3D display jump off the page. It is 20" x 24", and comes with a key which helps you to easily locate a guitar on the poster and gives you a description.

I was amazed - I picked up a magnifying glass and the detail is just outstanding, thanks to great quality of the materials used as well as outstanding photography - and great resolution of all the photos. Believe me, you could spend DAYS checking this one out. Great job, Mike!
Thanks so much for allowing this piece to be added to the LPF Merchandise lineup. :dude

The LPF Vintage Les Paul Guitar Registry Poster - 1st Edition 2004

This poster was completed and came off the presses today! :) It looks awesome. A standard poster size 18" x 24" featuring some of the beautiful 'bursts from the LPF Registry. We've been working on this project for quite some time, and I just can't thank the owners who participated enough. The photographs were just stunning and the poster is beautiful. Many many thanks to all. Copies will be on their way to you very soon. :)

I wanted to complete this poster this month, as I plan to give it as a gift to our Classifieds/Backstage subscribed users this year - both new Classifieds subscribers and those who are renewing. Luckily, we were able to complete it right on schedule. So if you are subscribed to the classifieds and would like a poster, you will automatically receive one at time of your subscription renewal, so you can hold off ordering one. Of course, it will also be offered on the LPF Merchandise page as well for those who just want the poster. :)

Speaking of the Merchandise Page, I also finally got the Paypal Shopping Cart system worked into it. Now, shipping is based upon dollar amount, and will not be charged on a per item basis, so that if you were to order a couple of items, you will save on shipping - as it is no longer built into every item. For those who want to use check or money order, you can email me as usual.

To get to the Merchandise page, use the Merchandise link at the top of the forum or go the Homesite and click on the Merchandise link to the left.

I got mine well over a week ago. I'm having it framed as we speak. It looks too cool, I think it came out great! Nice work by all the photographers involved, in my bursts case Mark Bishop, and by those that put it all together. It looks very consistent with regards to the lighting and colors. Its gonna look wonderful on my office wall! :dude :dude

I also just got mine - its fantastic! Cant wait to get it framed and up on the wall. Regarding a question a friend asked me about it, what is a ballpark figure on the value of a 1958/1959
Les Paul? Being that the poster is probably as close as I will ever come to owning one ( :dang ), I'd just like to know for interests sake.

Les Paul?

Ballpark: $100K-$250K for the ones offerd to the public, in reasonbly original condition, [although, by the time I finish this "hunt and peck" typing, they have gone up at least $25K:eek].

Of course, that's just a ballpark figure. :ha! :lol
Some may go higher, but the details are usually private. :brow
